Germany tourist visa is required for citizens
of Philippines.

All applicants must call 1-909-101-7777 to make an appointment before submitting application.

Original, signed Philippines passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

Passport-type photographs: 2

Photocopies of the passport and ID card. The applicant must provide photocopies of the original passport and ID card, including copy of all visas(valid and expired).

Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.

Health Insurance. Proof of health insurance covering international travel.

Foreign Exchange or Credit Card copy. Applicant must provide Foreign Exchange or Credit Card copy
g
Bank Statement. Copies of bank statements from the past 6 months.
h
Employment Letter. A letter from your employer/school (on business letterhead, with contact details), stating that a leave of absence has been granted and that you will be returning to your current job. If you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return. If you are retired please submit proof of your retirement fund.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

Personal Invitation. If staying with friends or family, a letter of invitation from the host in Germany, NOTARIZED by the appropriate city hall in Germany can be used instead of the hotel reservation.

Business Invitation. A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Germany. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Germany, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager (an equivalent to Vice-President or above). The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
• State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Germany.
• Specity the type and desired validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa).
